Our team is here to help Temporary Foreign Workers (TFWs) in Jasper who have work permits, whether they are open or closed. We also assist Temporary Residents with work permits through the Temporary Foreign Worker Program or the International Mobility Program.

Class Cancellation & Withdrawal Refund Policy

Course Cancellation: Courses may be subject to cancellation if the required number of registrations does not reach the minimum threshold by the registration deadline.

Refund Policy: Course fees are fully refundable if the course itself is canceled, or if a registrant must withdraw formedical reasons.

In cases of withdrawal for reasons other than medical, a 15% administrative fee will be applied before refund issuance. However, it's important to note that course fees become non-refundable if a withdrawal occurs within one week of the course start date. Please be mindful of these policies when considering enrollment.
