At Jasper Employment and Education Centre , we believe that everyone deserves equal opportunities in the workforce. Our Supported Employment program is specifically designed to provide innovative job supports for individuals with barriers to employment, helping them succeed in their employment journey.
Are you eligible?
Our Supported Employment program is open to individuals living with a wide variety of barriers to employment.
You are eligible for this program if you are:
An individual with barriers to employment living in Jasper
Eligible to work in Canada
Are 18 years of age or older
Demonstrate the readiness, willingness, and ability to work
What’s involved?
Once enrolled in our program, you'll receive ongoing support from a dedicated Career Coach. They will guide you through the process and provide the following services:
Individualized Service Planning
Resume Review and Interview Preparation
Skill Review and Strengths Assessment
Job Tryouts and Work Experience
Skills Development Workshops
On-the-Job Supports
Follow-Up Support
